Tongxiang Puyuan Juanma Textile Co., Ltd. was founded in 1984. Our knitwear factory exclusively uses German Stoll computerized flat knitting machines, covering gauges 1.5/3/5/7/9/12/14/16/18. With our in-house pattern room staffed by senior pattern makers and experienced technicians, we provide one-stop services from sampling to bulk production for domestic and international brands.

We produce both ladies and men's, from casual to latest fashion trends and up to high end of the market focusing on the product attractive designs, quality yarns and rich attention to details enable us to produce premium products.
In the company, our sampling facility is dedicated to prototypes and sampling development where the product is created by skilled hands with years of practice into the knitting and confection.

Using the latest Stoll knitting machines we produce hundreds of original designs every month across the gauges — 1.5/3/5/7/9/12/14/16/18 gg. Our showroom keeps our latest selection of designs and new styles are added regularly.
Lead-time: first sample around 10 days, SMS confirmation around 7 days, bulk production 4 to 6 weeks. Repeat orders are often faster.

Each machine is equipped with computerized control systems, ensuring precision at every stitch. The automated production process guarantees consistent quality while maintaining high efficiency across all orders.

Frequently Asked Questions
Standard MOQ is 100 pieces per style. For development samples and small trial runs, smaller quantities can be discussed case by case.
Yes. We support OEM (client-supplied tech pack or reference sample) and ODM (joint development from concept or inspiration image). Our in-house pattern room handles both workflows.
First sample is typically delivered within ~10 days of tech pack and yarn confirmation. SMS (size-set) confirmation typically within ~7 days. Sampling and yarn costs are charged separately, and are credited against bulk orders where applicable.
Bulk production runs 4–6 weeks from final sample and PO confirmation, depending on order volume, gauge and yarn availability. Repeat orders are usually faster.
Both. We use client-designated branded yarns, and we also maintain long-term partnerships with quality mills across wool, cashmere, cotton, silk, linen and blends. We can source on your behalf or work with your nominated suppliers.
100% piece-by-piece lightbox inspection, pattern-room verification before bulk, and third-party testing on request — SGS, Bureau Veritas and equivalent international certifications.
FOB Shanghai / Ningbo by default. EXW, CIF and DDP can be arranged on request. Both ocean and air freight are supported.
T/T is standard: 30% deposit on PO confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. Alternative terms can be discussed for long-term partners.

All client designs, samples and tech packs are treated as confidential. Styles developed for a client are never produced for any third party, and we are happy to sign an NDA on request.
