1984
The Beginning
绢麻厂老照片The company was founded in Puyuan, Tongxiang, Zhejiang — one of China's most renowned knitwear production clusters. Starting as a small textile workshop, the founders laid the groundwork for what would become an integrated textile manufacturer.
1988
Opening to Global Markets
绢麻厂老照片The company began its export operations, establishing trade relationships with international buyers. This marked the first step toward becoming a globally connected manufacturer.
1992
Juanma Textile Factory
绢麻厂老照片Established the Juanma Textile Factory, expanding capabilities into silk and hemp blended fabrics. This milestone broadened the company's material range and laid the foundation for its future identity as Puyuan Juanma.
2007
DTY Texturing Facility

P1683545Invested over 50 million RMB to build a DTY texturing facility, equipped with China's most advanced Hongyuan HY-1000 single-end and double-end texturing machines — bringing upstream fiber processing in-house.
2008
Premium Home Textile Brand
Launched 「Ruikai」, a premium retail brand for mulberry silk quilts and home textiles — later recognized as an Outstanding Brand of Zhejiang's silk industry.
2009
Knitwear Factory
P1683102Established a modern knitwear factory equipped with over 50 German Stoll CMS computerized flat knitting machines, covering the full gauge range from E1.5 to E18. Annual production capacity reached 800,000 pieces.
2014
Integrated Industrial Park
DJI_0476Completed a 100,000 square meter integrated industrial park, consolidating all three divisions — DTY processing, knitwear manufacturing, and silk quilt production — under one campus for coordinated operations.
