PUJUAN began in Puyuan, one of China's best-known knitwear clusters, and has grown into an integrated textile manufacturer covering DTY processing, knitwear production, and mulberry silk quilts.
Our work combines industrial discipline with textile sensitivity: the precision of modern equipment, the control of in-house development, and the finishing judgment that premium products still require by hand.

DTY processing
Steady supply
DTY is one of PUJUAN's core manufacturing operations. The workshop runs Hongyuan HY-1000 single- and double-path texturing machines, with annual output above 10,000 tons of polyester stretch yarn. These yarns supply mills and brand clients across the country, used primarily in mid- to high-end apparel and home-textile fabrics.

Knitwear production
Kept in-house
PUJUAN keeps knitwear development and production in-house. 50 Stoll flat knitting machines and 80 seamless machines, paired with an in-house pattern room, handle programming, sampling, and bulk on one line. Annual output of around 800,000 pieces covers women's, children's, men's, and pet apparel, supplied to fashion brands at home and abroad.
